The purpose of the authors is to seek invariant subspaces of some Toeplitz operators on the Dirichlet space (defined on the complex unit ball) in terms of Toeplitz-Berezin type symbols and they furnish necessary conditions for a subspace, of the Dirichlet space, to be invariant under the action of a Toeplitz operator.
