Weighted Composition Operators from Generalized Weighted Bergman Spaces to Weighted-Type Spaces
Let φ be a holomorphic self-map and let ψ be a holomorphic function on the unit ball B. The boundedness and compactness of the weighted composition operator ψCφ from the generalized weighted Bergman space into a class of ...

Density of the polynomials in Bergman spaces [PDF]
Let G be a bounded simply connected domain in the complex plane. Using a result of Hedberg, we show that the polynomials are dense in the Bergman space \(L^ 2_ a(G)\) if G is the image of the unit disc under a weak- star generator of \(H^{\infty}\). This result generalizes an old theorem (1934) of Farrell and Markusevic: the polynomials are dense in ...

ABSTRACT This study examines how social workers form knowledge about risk factors related to high‐conflict parental separations from a child's perspective. The data consist of vignette‐based interviews with 46 Finnish social workers working in child protection and child and family social work.

Landscape and Geography Determine Saproxylic Beetle Captures in Pheromone‐Baited Traps
Pheromone‐baited traps at 39 forest sites across southern Sweden captured 58 saproxylic beetle species, including seven Red‐listed taxa. The effect of surrounding forest cover on beetle abundance may depend on latitude and longitude: positive effects were strongest in warmer southern and eastern regions but weakened or reversed in colder northwestern ...

Carleson measures in Hardy and weighted Bergman spaces of polydiscs [PDF]
The importance of theorems on Carleson measures has been well recognized [3]. In [1] Chang has given a characterization of the bounded measures on L p ( T

On Hardy spaces on worm domains
In this review article we present the problem of studying Hardy spaces and the related Szeg˝o projection on worm domains. We review the importance of the Diederich–Fornæss worm domain as a smooth bounded pseudoconvex domain whose Bergman projection does ...

The usual examples of Bergman spaces consist of the closure of an algebra of holomorphic functions on a domain. One can also take the real part of such functions, but essentially one is looking at the same object. In this paper the author shows that the properties of real analyticity and bounded point evaluation can be preserved under closure in a ...

Game‐Based Learning Versus Model Arm Training for Intravenous Cannulation in Dental Education
ABSTRACT Introduction Peripheral intravenous catheterisation is a complex procedure that is primarily performed by nurses in healthcare services. Peripheral intravenous catheterisation (PIVC) is also part of the updated 2024 Core Program in the National Dental Education catalogue. This study aimed to implement this practice and to evaluate the approach

Product-type operators from weighted Bergman spaces to Bloch-Orlicz spaces
By constructing some suitable test functions in weighted Bergman space, the boundedness and compactness of the product-type operators from the weighted Bergman space to the Bloch-Orlicz space are characterized in terms of the symbol functions in this ...
