ABSTRACT This research develops and empirically validates the Community‐Oriented Marketing Approach (COMA), a 20‐item multidimensional scale designed to measure prosumer perceptions within participatory market systems. COMA conceptualizes prosumers as active co‐value creators and institutional agents, driving sustainable market governance.

Climate Risk and Real Estate Markets in the EU: Institutional Control Through Regulation
ABSTRACT Climate change is increasingly reshaping the economic foundations of asset markets, yet its implications for the estate sector remain unevenly understood, particularly when institutional and financial mechanisms mediate risk transmission. While a growing body of evidence links climate vulnerability to property valuation and market behaviour ...

Approximation properties of two dimensional Bernstein-Stancu-Chlodowsky operators
In this paper, as a generalization of Bernstein-Stancu type operators of two variable, we introduce a new positive linear operator called Bernstein-Stancu-Chlodowsky on a triangular domain, with mobile boundaries, which extends to [0, ∞) × [0, ∞) as n → ∞

Upper Estimates in Direct Inequalities for Bernstein-Type Operators
Let \(I\) be a closed real interval, a function \(\varphi\in C(I)\) is called a weight function if \(\varphi(x)>0\), \(x\in I^0\) (the interior set of \(I)\). Given a weight function \(\varphi\), let \(\omega^2_\varphi (f, \varepsilon)_\infty\) be the Ditzian-Totik second modulus of smoothness of \(f\in C(I)\).

Bernstein–Jacobi-type operators preserving derivatives [PDF]
A general frame for Bernstein-type operators that preserve derivatives is given. We introduce Bernstein-type operators based in the weighted classical Jacobi inner product on the interval [0, 1] that extend the well known Bernstein–Durrmeyer operator ...

ABSTRACT This study examines how and why individual knowledge sharing fosters ambidextrous behavior among nonmanagerial employees in an operationally intensive, environmentally sensitive industry. We conducted a survey of 243 operators across 10 plants of an international lime producer, finding that knowledge sharing is positively related to individual
