Foraging tactics and diet are associated with a personality trait in red knots, independent of morphological differences. Slower explorers use only tactile foraging and eat hard‐shelled prey, while faster explorers use both tactile and visual foraging tactics and consume more soft than hard‐shelled prey. Dietary intakes of infants/toddlers and the attitudes of their mothers are associated. Even though the energy adequacy was high, iron, vitamin D, fiber, EPA + DHA were below the recommendations. Mothers' attitudes should also be taken into consideration when evaluating the dietary intakes of infants/toddlers.

Effects of Omega-3 Fatty Acid Supplementation on Serum Fetuin-A Levels in Patients With Coronary Artery Disease. [PDF]

It was found in the study that medical nutrition therapy (low‐fat diet principles) applied to patients with CAD with or without omega‐3 FA supplementation causes a decrease in serum fetuin‐A levels, and there was no significant correlation between serum fetuin‐A levels and the amount of omega‐3 FAs taken in supplementation and/or diet.
