Generating Helical Polymorphic Beams Using Dielectric Metasurfaces
Helix‐shaped polymorphic beams are optical fields whose intensity maxima spiral around the propagation axis, enabling particle manipulation through attractive or repulsive forces. Traditionally requiring expensive spatial light modulators, metasurfaces now provide a compact, cost‐effective alternative. This work demonstrates general helical polymorphic

Hybrid SiOₓ‐CVD/PDMS ultrathin films mitigate atmospheric corrosion of additively manufactured AlSi10Mg. Electrochemical analyses show reduced corrosion currents, increased charge‐transfer resistance, and suppressed pitting due to diminished cathodic activity and limited oxygen and ion transport under NaCl exposure.

Kernel Bounds for Parabolic Operators Having First‐Order Degeneracy at the Boundary
ABSTRACT We study kernel estimates for parabolic problems governed by singular elliptic operators ∑i,j=1N+1qijDij+cDyy,cγ+1>0,γ=qN+1,N+1,$$\begin{equation*} \sum _{i,j=1}^{N+1}q_{ij}D_{ij}+c\frac{D_y}{y},\qquad \frac{c}{\gamma }+1>0, \quad \gamma =q_{N+1,N+1}, \end{equation*}$$in the half‐space R+N+1={(x,y):x∈RN,y>0}$\mathbb {R}^{N+1}_+=\lbrace (x,y ...

A highly accurate numerical method is given for the solution of boundary value problem of generalized Bagley‐Torvik (BgT) equation with Caputo derivative of order 0<β<2$$ 0<\beta <2 $$ by using the collocation‐shooting method (C‐SM). The collocation solution is constructed in the space Sm+1(1)$$ {S}_{m+1}^{(1)} $$ as piecewise polynomials of degree at ...

Remarks on the Maximal Regularity for Parabolic Boundary Value Problems With Inhomogeneous Data
ABSTRACT Inspired by Ogawa‐Shimizu and Chen‐Liang‐Tsai on the second and first order derivative estimates of solutions of the heat equation in the upper half space with boundary data in homogeneous Besov spaces, we extend the estimates to any order of derivatives, including fractional derivatives.

Purpose Chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) and chemical exchange‐sensitive spin‐lock (CESL) MRI enable spectroscopic imaging with high sensitivity, but conventional analysis methods often fail as exchange approaches the fast‐exchange limit.

Some expansions associated with Bessel functions [PDF]
An Expansion for the Product of Two Bessel Functions.-1.1. An expansion for the product of two Bessel functions obtained by one of us(1) led to the discovery of a different expansion for the said product multiplied by the leading terms in the power ...

Bessel Functions and Their Applications [PDF]
It is the aim of this paper to discover the roles played by Bessel functions in a variety of mathematical fields. It was found that Bessel functions attribute to the theories of spherical harmonics, transformations, as well as partial differential ...
