FORENSIC COMPARISON OF FACIAL IMAGES OF DOPPELGÄNGERS
The paper examines the problem of forensic examination of doppelgängers' portraits for dominant matching features. The authors outline the types of forensic objectives addressed in the course of such examination, and offer an algorithm for the selection ...

Pathogenic Neurofibromatosis type 1 gene variants in tumors of non‐NF1 patients and role of R1276
Somatic variants of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene occur across neoplasms without clinical manifestation of the disease NF1. We identified emerging somatic pathogenic NF1 variants and hotspots, for example, at the arginine finger 1276. Those missense variants provide fundamental information about neurofibromin's role in cancer.

Team Reasoning and the Rational Choice of Payoff-Dominant Outcomes in Games
Standard game theory cannot explain the selection of payoff-dominant outcomes that are best for all players in common-interest games. Theories of team reasoning can explain why such mutualistic cooperation is rational.

We investigated the toxicity of 12 active compounds commonly found in herbal weight loss supplements (WLS) using human liver and colon cell models. Epigallocatechin‐3‐gallate was the only compound showing significant toxicity. Metabolic profiling revealed protein degradation, disrupted energy and lipid metabolism suggesting that the inclusion of EGCG ...

Fuzzy Differential Subordination for Classes of Admissible Functions Defined by a Class of Operators
This paper’s findings are related to geometric function theory (GFT). We employ one of the most recent methods in this area, the fuzzy admissible functions methodology, which is based on fuzzy differential subordination, to produce them.

Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,
