Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies ALYREF as an oncogenic m5C reader in endometrial cancer. ALYREF recognizes NSUN2‐mediated m5C modification on XRCC6 mRNA to enhance transcript stability and increase XRCC6 expression.
