This study repurposes mitochondrial DNA mutations as endogenous barcodes for lineage tracing in human pluripotent stem cell‐derived organoids. Integrated with transcriptomic and spatial data, it reveals NOTCH‐mediated stromal‐progenitor crosstalk orchestrates clonal dynamics and spatial zonation during early hematopoietic development, offering a non ...

Experimental Joint Estimation of Phase and Phase Diffusion Via Deterministic Bell Measurements
This work employs Bell measurement, a form of entangling measurement, to estimate both the phase and its fluctuations in an optical interferometer. By incorporating a novel quantum effect at the measurement stage, the proposed method achieves the ultimate precision limit and demonstrates the significant potential of entangling measurements in multi ...

Out of Sample Estimation for Small Areas using Area Level Data
A Fay-Herriot type model with independent area effects is often assumed when small area estimates based on area level data are required. However, under this approach out of sample areas are limited to synthetic estimates.

This study constructed the first D‐amino acid antimicrobial peptide dataset and developed an AI model for efficient screening of substitution sites, with 80% of candidate peptides showing enhanced activity. The lead peptide dR2‐1 demonstrated potent antimicrobial activity in vitro and in vivo, high stability, and low toxicity.

AIC, Cp and estimators of loss for elliptically symmetric distributions
In this article, we develop a modern perspective on Akaike's Information Criterion and Mallows' Cp for model selection. Despite the diff erences in their respective motivation, they are equivalent in the special case of Gaussian linear regression.

Compared to untargeted therapy, the targeted nanocarrier, Angiopep‐2‐conjugated Lipid Nanoparticle (A‐LNP) loaded with TGN‐020 (TGN), selectively accumulated in stroke‐injured regions. It suppressed local aquaporin‐4 (AQP4) overexpression, thereby alleviating cerebral edema and hypoperfusion while preserving global glymphatic clearance.

Evolution of Prime Editing: Enhancing Efficiency and Expanding Capacity
Most rare diseases are caused by genetic mutations. Prime editing (PE) has emerged as a versatile tool capable of inducing diverse mutations without generating DNA double‐strand breaks. Despite its significant clinical potential, PE faces limitations in terms of efficiency and scalability.

Equivalent analysis of different estimations under a multivariate general linear model
This article explores the mathematical and statistical performances and connections of the two well-known ordinary least-squares estimators (OLSEs) and best linear unbiased estimators (BLUEs) of unknown parameter matrices in the context of a multivariate
