Spatiotemporal dynamics of β‐arrestin‐mediated Src activation in 5‐HT7 receptor signaling pathway
GPCRs induce distinct cellular responses via G protein‐ or β‐arrestin‐mediated signaling pathways. This study revealed that β‐arrestin‐biased 5‐HT7R ligand induces slow, sustained Src activation, contrasting with transient G protein‐mediated activation.

Abstract Acromegaly is a rare disease, due in most of the cases to a growth hormone (GH)‐secreting pituitary adenoma (PA), namely neuroendocrine tumour (PitNET). The treatment of patients with acromegaly is multimodal and multi‐step, including surgery, medical therapies, and radiotherapy.

Beta-arrestin-2 regulates the development of allergic asthma.
Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways that is coordinated by Th2 cells in both human asthmatics and animal models of allergic asthma. Migration of Th2 cells to the lung is key to their inflammatory function and is regulated in large part by chemokine receptors, members of the seven-membrane-spanning receptor family.
