Two-loop Renormalization Group Equations in the Standard Model [PDF]
Two-loop renormalization group equations in the standard model are re-calculated. A new coefficient is found in the beta-function of the quartic coupling and a class of gauge invariants are found to be absent in the beta-functions of hadronic Yukawa ...

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Next‐generation proteomics improves lung cancer risk prediction
This is one of very few studies that used prediagnostic blood samples from participants of two large population‐based cohorts. We identified, evaluated, and validated an innovative protein marker model that outperformed an established risk prediction model and criteria employed by low‐dose computed tomography in lung cancer screening trials.

The Beta Coefficient of an Unlisted Bank
Abstract The problem that we set ourselves in this work is related to the determination of capital return invested in an unlisted bank, particularly, in a credit cooperative bank. The model that we use is the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) equation, with its various difficulties in applying it to a category of unlisted activities.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

HDL cholesterol efflux capacity and lipid profile in patients with systemic sclerosis
Objective It is well established that patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) have a disrupted lipid profile and an increased cardiovascular risk. Cholesterol efflux capacity (CEC), the ability of high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol to accept ...

Estimates for Coefficients of Certain Analytic Functions
For $ -1 \leq B \leq 1$ and $A>B$, let $\mathcal{S}^*[A,B]$ denote the class of generalized Janowski starlike functions consisting of all normalized analytic functions $f$ defined by the subordination $z f'(z)/f(z) \prec (1+ A z)/(1+ B z)$ $(|z|1)$ and ...

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.
