Circadian rhythms of beta-endorphin in the aged.
Zeitschrift fur Gerontologie, 1986A circadian rhythm for beta-endorphin was observed by means of the cosinor method in aged subjects. The rhythm mesor is a little lower but its amplitude is more extended than in young subjects. The confidence intervals of the acrophases of the two groups are superimposable with a timing in the morning.

Brain Topography, 2014The present report examines a possible co-maturation pattern between different frequency ranges on the spontaneous electroencephalogram (EEG) during development in childhood, adolescence and young adulthood. One hundred and sixty-seven subjects, between 6 and 26 years old were recorded during 3 min of spontaneous EEG.

Experientia, 1980The circadian rhythm of rat liver beta-glucuronidase has been studied in animals kept under highly standardized laboratory condition. A clear 24 h rhythm has been observed for this enzyme with a peak activity at 01.00 h and a trough at 13.00 h.
