Some results on Bhaskar Rao designs

1980
A Bhaskar Rao design is a v × b matrix of 0’s, 1’s and −1’s such that the inner product of any two rows is known and the matrix obtained by squaring the entries is the incidence matrix of a partially balanced incomplete block design with m associate classes.

On the \((10,5,\lambda)\)-family of Bhaskar Rao designs

1998
There exist 21 inequivalent balanced incomplete block designs with the parameters \((10,5,4)\) (i.e. 21 \(\text{BIBD} (10,5,4)\)s). The authors show that precisely 13 of these can be signed over \(Z_2\) to produce 13 inequivalent Bhaskar Rao designs with the parameters \((10,5,4)\) (i.e. 13 \(\text{BRD} (10,5,4)\)s).
