Raudra Rasa derivatives significantly attenuate thrombin‐induced platelet responses, including activation of integrins αIIbβ3, secretion of granule contents, increased mROS/Δψm, and phosphorylation of AKT and its downstream effector GSK‐3β, thus negatively regulating the thrombin‐PAR‐AKT‐GSK‐3β signaling axis in activated platelets.
