On a subclass of analytic functions involving harmonic means

open access: yesAnalele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Ovidius Constanta: Seria Matematica, 2015
In the present paper, we consider a generalised subclass of analytic functions involving arithmetic, geometric and harmonic means. For this function class we obtain an inclusion result, Fekete-Szegö inequality and coefficient bounds for bi-univalent ...

Bi-Bazilevič functions of complex order involving Ruscheweyh type q-difference operator

open access: yesAnnales Universitatis Paedagogicae Cracoviensis: Studia Mathematica, 2018
In this paper, we define a new subclass of bi-univalent functions involving q-difference operator in the open unit disk. For functions belonging to this class, we obtain estimates on the first two Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients |a2| and |a3|.

(p, q)-Lucas polynomials and their applications to bi-univalent functions

open access: yesProyecciones (Antofagasta), 2019
In the present paper, by using the Lp,q,n(x) functions, our methodology intertwine to yield the Theory of Geometric Functions and that of Special Functions, which are usually considered as very different fields. Thus, we aim at introducing a new class of bi-univalent functions defined through the (p, q)-Lucas polynomials.

Next‐Generation Carbon‐Based Anodes for Alkali Metal‐Ion Batteries: Recent Progress on Biphenylene and Emerging Materials

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
Recent advances in carbon‐based anodes for alkali metal‐ion batteries are critically reviewed, with emphasis on biphenylene and other emerging carbon allotropes. Biphenylene exhibits exceptional theoretical electrochemical properties beyond conventional graphite, highlighting its strong potential as a next‐generation anode material once scalable ...

Second Hankel determinant for a certain function class of bi-univalent functions associated with Salagean derivative operator

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Mathematics and Applications, 2023
In this work, we investigate the bounds on the fourth initial coefficient $|a_4|$ and the second Hankel determinant $|a_2a_4 - a^ 2_3|$ for a class of analytic and bi-univalent functions defined in the open unit disk.

Estimate for initial MacLaurin coefficients of certain subclasses of bi-univalent functions of complex order associated with the Hohlov operator

open access: yesAnnales Universitatis Paedagogicae Cracoviensis: Studia Mathematica, 2018
In this paper, we define a new subclass of bi-univalent functions involving a Hohlov operator in the open unit disk. For functions belonging to this class, we obtain estimates on the first two Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients |a2| and | a3|.
