A 41-year-old man presented with vague abdominal pain and watery diarrhea. Ultrasound demonstrated cholelithiasis. A hepatobiliary scan was performed demonstrating filling of the gallbladder. Unusual activity is seen along the inferior aspect of the liver, extending from the gallbladder. The possibility of a bile leak was considered.
