Binary Mesh Partitioning for Cache-Efficient Visualization

Cache-aware (CA) and cache-oblivious (CO) algorithms take into consideration the memory hierarchy to design cache efficient algorithms. CO approaches have the advantage to adapt to unknown and varying memory hierarchies.

Flare Activity of Visual Binary COU 14
Astrophysics and Space Science, 1998Two flares with an amplitude of more than 0m.3 each in B and V colours and another four with less amplitude in U band were detected during photometric and polarimetric monitoring of the nearby visual binary COU14. Irregular long term brightness and colour variations were registered while no significant polarization signal was detected.

Lexon visualization:visualizing binary fact types in ontology bases

This paper discusses LexoVis, a lexon visualization tool that addresses the inherent size and scale of ontology bases. LexoVis facilitates the analysis of lexons by taking a well-ordered approach and provides overview and detail by employing the graphical fisheye view.
