ABSTRACT Objective We aim to comprehensively analyze how regional tumor and edema characteristics are associated with clinical presentations and survival outcomes in a large cohort of glioblastoma patients. Methods Patients with IDH‐wildtype glioblastoma who received brain MRI from 2010 to 2023 were included.

MOGAD Is the Most Common Cause of Isolated Optic Neuritis in Children
ABSTRACT Objectives The study aimed to characterize the clinical features, etiologies, and outcomes of isolated, first‐time pediatric ON in the post‐MOG‐IgG era. Methods This was a single‐center retrospective cohort study at Texas Children's Hospital of patients diagnosed with first‐time ON between 2018–2024, with follow‐up data collected through 2025.

Polynomial invariants for binary linear codes
Abstract A new family of invariants for binary linear codes is introduced. In the 3-dimensional case a particular set of the new invariants is shown to determine code equivalence. Each selection of a set of invariants gives rise to a generalized weight distribution, which satisfies MacWilliams type constraints when certain additional conditions are ...

Screening Routine Clinical Notes for Epilepsy Surgery Candidates Using Large Language Models
ABSTRACT Objective Epilepsy surgery is severely underutilized despite proven efficacy, with substantial under‐referral of eligible patients in routine clinical practice. This study evaluated the potential role of large language models (LLMs) as decision‐support tools for screening unstructured clinical notes to identify epilepsy surgery candidates and ...

ABSTRACT Objective Neurochemical levels measured by brain MR spectroscopy (MRS) have been proposed as endpoints for clinical trials in early‐stage spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA) trials. We tested their trial‐readiness by quantifying neurochemicals in three affected brain regions in early‐stage cohorts of SCA2 and SCA3, examining their reproducibility in ...

Lossy Coding of Binary Sources with Short Linear Codes
This letter treats lossy source coding of binary sources with short linear block codes. It is numerically shown that very simple basis-reprocessing approach yields good rate-distortion performance with manageable computational complexity for small block lengths.

ABSTRACT Objective Down syndrome regression disorder is a syndrome characterized by subacute loss of cognitive, behavioral, and functional abilities in individuals with Down syndrome. Electroencephalography abnormalities are frequently observed during evaluation, but it remains unclear whether these findings represent a dynamic marker of disease ...

On the automorphism groups of binary linear codes
Let C be a binary linear code and suppose that its automorphism group contains a non trivial subgroup G. What can we say about C knowing G? In this paper we collect some answers to this question in the cases G=C_p, G=C_2p and G=D_2p (p an odd prime), with a particular regard to the case in which C is self-dual.

A Review of design of Binary Golay Code and Extended Binary Golay Code for error correction
A binary Golay code is a type of linear error correcting code used in digital communications. The two binary Golay codes formats are the Binary Golay Code 23 bit, G23 and Extended Binary Golay code 24 bit, G24 .
