Ferroelectricity in Antiferromagnetic Wurtzite Nitrides
We establish MnSiN2${\rm MnSiN}_2$ and MnGeN2${\rm MnGeN}_2$ as aristotypes of a new multiferroic wurtzite family that simultaneously exhibits ferroelectricity and antiferromagnetism with altermagnetic spin splitting. By strategically substituting alkaline‐earth metals, we predict new materials with coexisting switchable polarization, spin texture, and

Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Depth order estimation for video frames using motion occlusions
This study proposes a system to estimate the depth order of regions belonging to a monocular image sequence. For each frame, the regions are ordered according to their relative depth using information from the previous and following frames. The algorithm

Permutations in Binary Trees and Split Trees.
We investigate the number of permutations that occur in random node labellings of trees. This is a generalisation of the number of subpermutations occuring in a random permutation. It also generalises some recent results on the number of inversions in randomly labelled trees [Cai et al., 2017].

Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Integer Partitions and Binary Trees
If \(\alpha\) is the 2-core, \((\beta_0,\beta_1)\) the 2-quotient of a partition \(\lambda\), then the triple \((\alpha; \beta_0,\beta_1)\) uniquely determines \(\lambda\); see \textit{G. James} and \textit{A. Kerber} [The representation theory of the symmetric group (Addison-Wesley, Reading, MA) (1981; Zbl 0491.20010)]. The present author constructs a

Biomimetic Microfractals Based Flexible Triboelectric Nanogenerators
A leaf‐skeleton‐based microfractal architecture is integrated with guided CuNW networks and biomimetic triboelectric polymer layers, enabling breathable, flexible, and material‐efficient triboelectric nanogenerators. The resulting system combines enhanced charge generation and charge transport, offering potential for next‐generation self‐powered ...

A high‐resolution 3D‐printed tumor‐on‐a‐chip platform sustains breast cancer tissues at in vivo–like cell densities through vascular‐like perfusion. This engineered system recapitulates grade‐dependent molecular features and exhibits drug‐resistance profiles that uniquely align with clinically relevant Cmax values.

Type I Error Control for Tree Classification
Binary tree classification has been useful for classifying the whole population based on the levels of outcome variable that is associated with chosen predictors.
