MEMS based Low-Power Multi-Sensors device for Bio-Logging Applications
2021 Symposium on Design, Test, Integration & Packaging of MEMS and MOEMS (DTIP), 2021This paper presents a low-power recorder for bio- logging applications. Based on 3 MEMS sensors, it provides up to 750h of 8kHz audio, 50Hz accelerometer and 10Hz magnetometer time-aligned data using a compact 1950mAH Li- Ion battery. This work comes as a follow-up of a previous study concerning an audio-only device.
