Fundamental Study on Combustion Characteristics of Biobriquette.
低品位炭の清浄燃焼のために開発された石炭とバイオマスを高圧成型した複合燃料であるバイオブリケットの熱分解と燃焼特性を基礎的に解明することを目的に, 単一バイオブリケットの熱分解, 燃焼特性に及ぼすバイオマスの種類と添加率などの影響をバッチ式電子天秤付電気加熱反応炉を用いて実験的に明らかにした.主な結果として, バイオブリケット中の揮発成分量はバイオマス添加率と正比例の関係があること, バイオマス添加により石炭ブリケットよりも着火性と燃え切り性が良好になること, バイオブリケットの燃焼は揮発成分放出・燃焼とチャーの燃焼の二段階で進行すること, 揮発成分放出・燃焼段階では体積モデルが適用でき, 反応次数と反応速度定数ともバイオマス添加量との間に直線関係が存在すること ...
