Tuning Pore Chemistry in Dioxin‐Linked Porous Organic Polymers for Enhanced High‐Pressure CO2 Uptake
By tuning the pore structure of porous organic polymers, we can control their CO2 capture performance at different pressures. Post‐synthetic conversion of nitrile groups to amidoxime groups creates high‐affinity towards CO2 at low pressures, while the unmodified polymers achieve superior CO2 uptake of 57.4 wt% under high‐pressure conditions of 33 bar ...

Methane emissions reduced using gypsum in pilot‐scale dairy manure tanks
Abstract Animal manure storage facilities are sources of greenhouse gas emissions in Canada, with the majority of emissions in the form of methane and nitrous oxide. This study was conducted to assess how effective adding gypsum powder to cow manure is at reducing the emissions of methane and nitrous oxide.
