Continuous Biohydrogen Production from Molasses via Dark Fermentation
Dark fermentation is commonly used for producing biohydrogen as a green hydrogen, which can be used as an alternative to fossil fuels. Pilot-scale studies on continuous biohydrogen production from molasses are still limited.

Impacts of mycotoxin on biohydrogen production from waste dry fruits
Discarded dry fig and raisin, which exporting companies have to claim and destroy, were subjected to batch dark fermentation at 37 degrees C with pretreated anaerobic sludge in an incubator to investigate the effect of mycotoxin on biohydrogen production.

The question of biohydrogenation of fatty acids
Rats were fed methyl palmitoleate-1-C14 and the palmitic acid was isolated from their organs and depot fat. Degradation studies revealed that very little activity found its way into the palmitic acid by hydrogenation of the palmitoleate. The major route of carbon from the unsaturated to the saturated acids is through acetate.
