Thermo‐responsive granular hydrogels (TRGHs), composed of microparticles and an interstitial matrix, exhibit thermo‐responsive mechanical properties and allow cell infiltration. In a feasibility study at an Australian teaching hospital, women showed a clear preference for VAB Ex over surgical breast biopsy. The clinical outcomes confirm the safety and effectiveness of this approach. Overall, 90% of women had benign VAB Ex findings and did not require SBB, creating capacity in the healthcare system.

Multi‐region sequencing of 57 BRCA1‐associated breast cancers identified TP53 as the dominant initial driver, defining a triple‐negative subgroup with biallelic BRCA1 loss and elevated genomic instability. TP53 truncating mutations were enriched in BRCA1 carriers and linked to reduced HRD, EMT activation, and a trend toward worse survival.
