Primary Layer for Universal Sensing (PLUS), a universal coating for bioprobe immobilization across diverse substrates, is introduced. Unlike conventional methods, PLUS is directly grown from dopamine and avidin, creating a roughened surface with abundant biotin‐binding sites.

This study developed a nitrogen‐strengthened copper‐iron‐zinc (N‐CuFeZn) alloy bioactive dressing integrated with electromagnetic stimulation.
