ABioTrans: A Biostatistical Tool for Transcriptomics Analysis
Frontiers in Genetics, 2019 Here we report a bio-statistical/informatics tool, ABioTrans, developed in R for gene expression analysis. The tool allows the user to directly read RNA-Seq data files deposited in the Gene Expression Omnibus or GEO database.

Animal Research and One Health, EarlyView.This study aimed to investigate the effects of cellulase and Lactobacillus plantarum on the silage quality, in situ digestibility, and microbial communities of apple pomace silage. The combined supplementation of cellulase and Lactobacillus plantarum in apple pomace silage improved fermentation quality and enhanced rumen utilization efficiency.

Pharmacogenetic CYP2B6 variants affect steroid hormone metabolism in human breast cancer cells
British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.Common genetic CYP2B6 variants correlate with adverse breast cancer outcome. The oestrogen metabolites estriol and 16‐epiestriol, which are formed downstream of CYP2B6‐catalysed 16α/β‐hydroxytestosterone, may be linked to elevated breast cancer risk and might increase due to the demonstrated CYP2B6 variants‐related metabolic shifts.
