Memristor‐Driven Active‐Matrix Organic Light‐Emitting Diode for Energy Efficient and High‐Resolution Displays

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that memristors can replace conventional 2T–1C driving circuits with simplified 1T–1 m architectures by exploiting resistance switching. With ultra‐low switching voltages (< ±0.2 V) and multi‐level resistance states, the memristors precisely control the current injected into organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs).

Mechanism of electron transport and bipolar resistive switching in lead oxide thin films

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2018
In this paper, we report a model that interprets the mechanism of bipolar resistive switching in thin metal oxide layers as a purely electronic process.

Integrated Field‐Free SOT Domain‐Wall Synapses and MTJ Stochastic Neurons for Hardware Boltzmann Machines

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Field‐free spin‐orbit torque domain‐wall synapses integrated with stochastic MTJ neurons enable compact hardware Boltzmann machines. Leveraging intrinsic stochasticity and multi‐level conductance, the system achieves efficient probabilistic learning with high accuracy, demonstrating a scalable spintronic platform for energy‐efficient edge AI.

Modeling and Simulation of Indoor Aerosol Particle Behavior under Needle-Point Bipolar Ionization Air Cleaning [PDF]

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences
Particle removal has been demonstrated to be enhanced under needle-point bipolar ionization air cleaning technologies. With bipolar ion generation, aerosol particles acquire electrical charges, leading to agglomeration and subsequent deposition ...

Dual‐Inductive and Programmable Switching: A New Paradigm in Ionic Interface‐Controlled Perovskite Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A fully programmable, dual‐inductive switchable halide perovskite memristor is demonstrated through precise BDAI2‐mediated interface engineering. This ion‐modulating layer suppresses stochastic filamentary growth, enabling stable, non‐filamentary switching via dynamic barrier modulation.

Bipolar charge transport property of N,N′-dicarbazolyl-1,4-dimethene-benzene: A study of the short range order model [PDF]

open access: yesChinese Science Bulletin, 2012
Short range order model is commonly used to explain the charge transport property of disordered organic semiconductors. However, its validity is not yet studied. In this paper, the hole and electron mobilities of a bipolar material, N,N′-dicarbazolyl-1,4-dimethene-benzene (DCB), were measured through time of flight method.

Polarity‐Reversible Photoresponse–Driven Autonomous Wavelength Discrimination in Quantum Dot–Tellurium Thin‐Film Photodetectors via Engineered Energy‐Band Alignment

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A quantum dot–tellurium thin‐film photodetector autonomously discriminates visible and infrared wavelengths through polarity‐reversible photoresponses. Engineered carrier separation and gain modulation enable filter‐free multispectral sensing within a single‐device architecture.

Nanoengineered Binetworks in Multifunctional Anionic Block Polymer Mesoblends for Improved Mechanical Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Mesoblends consist of a nanostructured polymer into which a second polymer is imbibed with a selective solvent. In this work, a solvent‐templatable pentablock terpolymer possessing a sulfonated midblock is modified with a hydrophilic polymer that is photocrosslinked in situ, yielding a hierarchical binetwork.
