Decision support system based on bipolar complex fuzzy Hamy mean operators

open access: yesHeliyon
The important feature of the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) technique is to identify an ideal solution and aggregate collective cognitive fuzzy information of human opinion.

Data‐Driven Analysis of Green Logistics Strategies for the Logistics and Transportation Companies: A Bipolar Fuzzy Methodology

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Global imperatives, such as climate change, environmental concerns, and carbon emissions, make green transformation an inevitability in the logistics sector. Green logistics strategy formulation is an economic choice problem, but it also turns out to be a multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) process that encompasses the triple bottom line (TBL)

Selection of Software Development Methodology by Employing a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach Based on Logarithmic Bipolar Complex Fuzzy Aggregation Operators

open access: yesIEEE Access
Numerous factors, including project complexity, team size, customer collaboration, and development pace, must be taken into consideration while choosing a software development methodology.

Perovskite Photodetectors at the Intelligence Frontier: From Tunable Materials to Adaptive Optoelectronic Systems

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
This comprehensive review presents a progressive roadmap for perovskite vision detectors. Centered on perovskite‐based artificial perception, the graphic illustrates a systematic evolution: starting with fundamental material engineering and device architectures, advancing toward complex functional strategies such as flexible neuromorphic imaging ...

Organising Innovation as a New Commons: Eliciting Perspectives, Practices and Tensions in Multi‐Stakeholder Experimentations

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper explores how innovation is organised as a new commons within place‐based experimental settings characterised by institutional plurality. Drawing on scholarship on commons, commoning, and transformative innovation, we approach innovation as a collectively produced resource whose organisation becomes complex in contexts where market ...

Introducing Two New Classes of Hesitant Fuzzy Soft Sets

open access: yesFuzzy Optimization and Modeling
A soft set can be defined as a parameterised family of subsets defined over a universal set. While the soft set theory has been demonstrated to be effective in a number of scenarios, in many real-world applications the parameters involved are of greater

New Type of Fuzzy Algebra Structure Setting Complex Bipolar Neutrosophic Sets of Bisemirings

open access: yesInternational Journal of Analysis and Applications
The notion of complex bipolar neutrosophic subbisemirings (CBNSBSs) is constructed and analyzed. We examine the significant characteristics and homomorphic features of CBNSBSs. We propose the CBNSBS level sets for bisemirings. Suppose that \(\Bbbk\) is a subset of \(\mathfrak{S}\).

Components of generalized onset seizures with focal evolution progressing to bilateral tonic–clonic seizures using quantitative electroencephalography in children: Focal or generalized?

open access: yesEpilepsia, EarlyView.
Abstract Absence seizures evolving to bilateral tonic–clonic seizures may have focal or asymmetric clinical features. Using quantitative electroencephalography (EEG) may evaluate this phenomenon and the involved neuronal network. We conducted a retrospective chart review of pediatric patients with generalized epilepsy and normal brain magnetic ...

Variance‐Empirical Mode Decomposition Method for Fault Detection in MMC‐HVDC Transmission Lines

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
A variance‐embedded empirical mode decomposition (VEMD) method is proposed for fast and accurate fault detection in MMC‐HVDC transmission lines. By combining variance analysis with EMD, the method reliably detects various faults without communication links and remains robust to noise and non‐fault transients.

Bio‐inspired vision: From principle, material architectures to system‐level integration

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
This review introduces the development and mechanism of electronic and ionic bio‐inspired vision devices respectively. Then, it explores the impact of structure on bio‐inspired visual performance from the scale of intrinsic materials and device. Finally, it concludes that only by combining advanced software and technology can more complex vision ...
