Materials and Corrosion, EarlyView.Climate‐neutral green hydrogen is produced via water electrolysis using renewable energy. This study explores using cold gas spraying to apply titanium coatings on steel bipolar plates for proton exchange membrane water electrolyzers. The coating shows effective corrosion protection, presenting a promising solution for future designs.
