This work presents a comprehensive framework bridging device fabrication, modeling, and system‐level simulation for an indium‐gallium‐zinc‐oxide (IGZO) charge‐trap synaptic transistor‐based neuromorphic system. By developing a precise SPICE model derived from fabricated IGZO synaptic transistors, the study incorporates parasitic RC loads into array ...

Driver Behavior Modeling with Subjective Risk‐Driven Inverse Reinforcement Learning
A subjective risk‐driven inverse reinforcement learning framework is proposed to model driver decision‐making. It infers drivers' risk perception and risk tolerance from driving data. A learnable risk threshold is used to regulate decisions, enabling interpretable and human‐like driving behavior decisions.

3D‐Printed Shark‐Inspired Soft–Hard Hybrid Underwater Robot With Buoyancy Control and Onboard Vision
A fully self‐contained shark‐inspired underwater robot is developed using 3D‐printed soft–hard hybrid structures, servo‐driven propulsion, and pump‐based buoyancy control. The platform achieves three‐dimensional locomotion and onboard vision‐based target tracking, offering a reproducible and accessible framework for biomimetic underwater robot research.

Abstract Germany's Renewable Energy Sources Act (REA), enacted in 2000 and subsequently amended, subsidized national renewable energy production with fixed feed‐in tariffs for renewable energy sources (RE) from wind, solar, and biogas. Empirical studies suggest that the policy was creating windfall effects for landowners and attribute farmland use ...

Abstract Premise We examined the African arid corridor (AAC) disjunction pattern of vascular plants between northeastern and southwestern Africa in the context of geological and climatic events since the late Miocene. We developed a phylogenetic and biogeographical framework for the arid‐adapted genus Sesamothamnus (Pedaliaceae), a classic example of ...

Breeding Status of Ospreys in Egypt (Red Sea) from 2012 to 2018
A new series of Osprey surveys started in early June of 2012 and ended in July of 2018. The main goal was to survey the local resident breeding Ospreys. We also visited three wintering areas in Malaha, Aswan and Lake Nasser. We found breeding and nesting

Finnish Ospreys 1971–2017: Conservation and Research
The Osprey (Pandion haliaetus) breeds all over Finland: from the southern archipelago (60o N) to the northernmost Lapland (70o N). The Finnish Osprey population decreased in the late 19th and early 20th century due to persecution. During the World War II
