Mechanically Programmable DNA Hydrogel Microparticles for 3D Cellular Systems
DNA hydrogel microparticles are designed to exhibit controllable viscoelasticity and stiffness across three orders of magnitude from 30Pa$30 \,\mathrm{Pa}$ to 6.5kPa$6.5 \,\mathrm{kPa}$. They are uptaken into fibroblast spheroids where they are actively remodeled by cellular forces depending on their mechanical properties.

Two-dimensional data detection for probe recording on patterned media [PDF]
The effect of intertrack intersymbol interference in a magnetic patterned medium is studied. A two-dimensional (2D) channel code is proposed, dedicated to perpendicularly magnetized media without soft underlayer, which exhibit read pulses showing ...

Imprint resist properties for bit patterned media (BPM)
Nanoimprint lithography is a low cost method which produces trillions of nanostructures on a substrate. One application of this technology is patterned magnetic media where a single imprint on a disk can create a masking layer with more than a trillion ...

All‐Optical Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function for Sustainable Security
An all‐optical reconfigurable physical unclonable function (PUF) is demonstrated using plasmonic coupling–induced sintering of optically trapped gold nanoparticles, where Brownian motion serves as a robust entropy source. The resulting optical PUF exhibits high encoding density, strong resistance to modeling attacks, and practical authentication ...
