A New Algorithm to Approximate Bivariate Matrix Function via Newton-Thiele Type Formula
A new method for computing the approximation of bivariate matrix function is introduced. It uses the construction of bivariate Newton-Thiele type matrix rational interpolants on a rectangular grid. The rational interpolant is of the form motivated by Tan

Dependence function for bivariate cdf's
Measuring a strength of dependence of random variables is an important problem in statistical practice. In this paper, we propose a new function valued measure of dependence of two random variables. It allows one to study and visualize explicit dependence structure, both in some theoretical models and empirically, without prior model structure.

ABSTRACT Drawing on dynamic capabilities view and upper echelons theory, this study shows how energy‐sector SMEs convert dynamic capabilities into green competitive advantage. We theorize that sensing–seizing–reconfiguring routines are associated with green competitive advantage only when top managers visibly prioritize environmental goals and foster a

Greening the Bottom Line: Public Funding for Circular Economy Initiatives and Financial Stability
ABSTRACT Public funding for circular economy (CE) initiatives plays a crucial role in shaping corporate financial performance, yet its effects remain underexplored. Grounded in the resource‐based view (RBV) of the firm, this study investigates the financial impact of CE funding on private firms, using Portugal as a case study. It analyses the financial

The Fast, the Steady and the Tenacious: Funding Pathways for Circular Start‐Ups
ABSTRACT Circular start‐ups (CSUs) are critical for unlocking the circular economy, yet they face persistent barriers in accessing finance. Despite growing interest from policymakers and financing institutions, little empirical evidence explains how these ventures pursue and secure funding.

Barriers to the Adoption of Circular Economy Business Models in the Indian Textile Industry
ABSTRACT The Indian textile industry has significant negative impacts on the environment. This industry needs to adopt a circular economy approach to become more sustainable; however, progress on this has been limited. In this study, we report on the barriers to adoption of Circular Economy Business Models (CEBMs) in the Indian textile industry.
