Blackwell's approachability in stackelberg stochastic games: A learning version

53rd IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, 2014
The notion of approachability was introduced by Blackwell (Blackwell, 1956) in the context of vector-valued repeated games. The famous Blackwells approachability theorem prescribes a strategy for approachability, i.e., for steering the average vector-cost of a given player towards a given target set, irrespective of the strategies of the other players.

A Global Wellordering of Norms Defined via Blackwell Games

Order, 2005
Martin has conjectured the equivalence of the Axiom of Determinacy (AD) and its games of imperfect information analogue, the Axiom of Blackwell Determinacy (Bl-AD). Under AD the Hierarchy of Norms (Steel hierarchy) is a prewellordering. The author defines a Blackwell Hierarchy of Norms and proves that it is a prewellordering, assuming Bl-AD.
