MM‐NPs@PLK1 are formed by encapsulating PLK1 plasmids within CBP5 and coating the nanocomplexes with macrophage membranes. After macrophage‐associated uptake, the NPs@PLK1 enter the cytoplasm and release the PLK1‐encoding plasmid in response to elevated intracellular ROS levels.

A distinct astrocyte subpopulation, enriched at the lesion border, drives CNS repair through enhanced ketone body metabolism. This process promotes neuronal survival and axonal sparing via CPT1A stabilization and H3K9bhb‐dependent epigenetic reprogramming, positioning astrocytic ketogenesis as a promising therapeutic target for tissue regeneration ...

Prevalence of Bladder Dysfunction in Children with Primary Nocturnal Enuresis Presenting to the Hospital [PDF]
Introduction: Bladder dysfunction is thought to be a common cause of nocturnal enuresis. It can either be overactive, underactive or dysfunctional. Currently, there is a paucity of data on what proportions of children with nocturnal enuresis have bladder

ALDH2, which is overexpressed in multiple myeloma, competitively binds KEAP1 to stabilize NRF2 by blocking its ubiquitin‐proteasomal degradation. Stabilized NRF2 translocates into the nucleus to upregulate the expression of GPX4. In parallel, NRF2 binds to the ALDH2 promoter to regulate its transcription, forming a positive feedback loop that represses

The study integrates density functional theory with radiochemical and biological validation to compare DOTA‐, PSC‐, and DOTAM‐based chelator‐conjugates for 203Pb/212Pb theranostic applications. Distinct differences in metal coordination, electrostatic properties, conformational flexibility, cellular uptake, biodistribution, and dosimetry are identified

A unifying device–cardiovascular interface framework is presented to classify implantable cardiovascular technologies as intracardiovascular blood‐contacting systems or extracardiovascular tissue‐only and blood‐handling architectures. Cross‐class comparison across shared semiquantitative criteria, including blood‐contact burden, biomimicry ...
