We review the clinical and histologic features of X-linked, congenital/nevoid, and acquired skin diseases that follow these lines. AbstractA case of erythema multiforme along Blaschko’s lines is reported in a 20‐year‐old female suffering from recurrent herpes labialis. Histological examination was compatible with the clinical features. Spontaneous resolution followed in 4 weeks without therapy.
