Blazing phenomena in dielectric-coated gratings
IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium. Transmitting Waves of Progress to the Next Millennium. 2000 Digest. Held in conjunction with: USNC/URSI National Radio Science Meeting (Cat. No.00CH37118), 2002An analysis method for dielectric-coated reflection gratings of an arbitrary profile is considered for TE polarization case. The blazing phenomena in the dielectric-coated structure is investigated.

Study on the convex dual-blazed grating
Fourth Seminar on Novel Optoelectronic Detection Technology and Application, 2018The high diffraction efficiency of the convex blazed gratings cannot be realized in the broadband. Therefore, we have designed the convex dual-blazed grating to realize higher and uniform diffraction efficiency in the wavelength from 0.4 μm to 2.5 μm. The diffraction efficiency of the convex dual-blazed grating is investigated by using rigorous coupled

Blaze Optimization for Triangular Profile Gratings
Optica Acta: International Journal of Optics, 1973The problem of determining the form of the triangular profile for a diffraction grating which gives high efficiency over the widest possible spectral region is investigated theoretically, for a large range of grating periods. It is shown that rectangular profiles are generally to be preferred to those having higher apex angles (as suggested by Stroke ...

Blaze optimization for sinusoidal profile gratings
Optics Communications, 1973Abstract Diffraction gratings having optimized sinusoidal groove profiles are shown to have blaze properties comparable with those of triangular profile gratings of the same line density.

Development of microelectromechanical variable blaze gratings
Sensors and Actuators A: Physical, 1998Abstract Two types of microelectromechanical variable blaze gratings (VBGs) have been designed, modeled, fabricated, and tested. The gratings operate by adjusting the blaze angle of each slat so specular reflection of the incident light matches a particular grating diffraction order.

A Blazed Holographic Concave Grating for Monochromators
Journal of Modern Optics, 1989Abstract The theory of blazed holographic gratings given in a previous paper is applied to the design of a blazed holographic aberration-corrected spherical concave grating. Two solution types are found which cover different ranges of blaze wavelength and aberration.

Are Ferroelectric Crystals Blaze-Gratings for Electrons?
Crystal Research and Technology, 2000By means of electron holography, phase shifts of electron waves due to domains in ferroelectric crystals can be observed. For interpretation in terms of strength and direction of the ferroelectric polarization, one has to evaluate the specific interactions. However, the mechanism producing this phase shift of electrons is not yet completely understood.
