Blechnum spicant (L.) Roth Artbeschreibung: Blätter 20-60 cm lang, gestielt, länglich-lanzettlich, an beiden Enden verschmälert, einfach gefiedert oder nur fiederteilig. Sterile Blätter dunkelgrün, lederig glänzend, mit 3-5 mm breiten Abschnitten, eine Rosette bildend.

2. Blechnum L. Blechnum comprises around 25 species, the majority of these being Neotropical, with some species occurring in southern Africa (Gasper et al. 2016).
