Sparse Blind Deconvolution with Nonconvex Optimization for Ultrasonic NDT Application

open access: yesSensors, 2020
In the field of ultrasonic nondestructive testing (NDT), robust and accurate detection of defects is a challenging task because of the attenuation and noising of the ultrasonic wave from the structure.

A consistency method of discharge detection results at solar‐blind ultraviolet based on a radiation transmission model

open access: yesIET Science, Measurement & Technology, 2022
Solar‐blind ultraviolet (UV) discharge detection based on UV signals in the solar‐blind band from 240 to 280 nm is an effective non‐contact discharge detection method for electrical equipment, but there is still a problem that the detection results of ...

Pharmacological inhibition of the PERK pathway modulates hepatocellular carcinoma growth and immune signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Blind detection of cyclostationary signals based on multi‐antenna beamforming technology

open access: yesIET Communications, 2021
Cyclostationary feature detection is one of the widely used spectrum sensing techniques. Its greatest advantage is that it can effectively separate the signal from the noise under the condition of a low signal‐noise ratio (SNR).

Cyclic azapeptide CD36 ligand attenuates cardiac injury and reduces long‐chain fatty acid accumulation after myocardial ischemia–reperfusion in mice

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

An improved blind detection algorithm of chaos Hopfield neural network

open access: yesDianxin kexue, 2018
In order to improve the flexibility of the activation function of the blind detection algorithm in Hopfield neural network,an activation function with better nonlinear approximation ability near the origin was proposed. For the case where the algorithm ...

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

ICA based blind detection scheme in space-time block coding communications

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2007
Space-time block coding(STBC) schemes are capable of improving system performance by using transmit diversity strategy and specific coding schemes.Nevertheless, they need precise channel state information(CSI) at the receiver end in order to achieve good ...

Computationally Efficient Wideband Spectrum Sensing through Cumulative Distribution Function and Machine Learning

open access: yesJournal of Communications Software and Systems
Blind spectrum sensing (BSS) is crucial for identifying unknown signals in scenarios with limited prior knowledge. Traditional methods face challenges with unknown and timevarying signals, especially in the presence of noise interference.
