Self-Dual Convolutional Codes [PDF]
This paper investigates the concept of self-dual convolutional code. We derive the basic properties of this interesting class of codes and we show how some of the techniques to construct self-dual linear block codes generalize to self-dual convolutional codes.

Evaluasi Kompleksitas Pendekodean MAP pada Kode BCH Berdasarkan Trellis Terbagi
Soft decoding of block codes can be done by representing the block code into the trellis. One method of soft decoding commonly used is the maximum a posteriori probability (MAP).

Blind identification of an unknown interleaved convolutional code
We give here an efficient method to reconstruct the block interleaver and recover the convolutional code when several noisy interleaved codewords are given. We reconstruct the block interleaver without assumption on its structure.

A comparative study of circulating tumor cell isolation and enumeration technologies in lung cancer
Lung cancer cells were spiked into donor blood to evaluate the recovery rates of the following circulating tumor cell (CTC) enrichment technologies: CellMag™, EasySep™, RosetteSep™, Parsortix® PR1, and Parsortix® Prototype systems. Each method's advantages and disadvantages are described.

Code design with high rates based on quasi-orthogonal space-time block code
In order to meet the needs of high-speed and large-capacity in communication system, the novel non-orthogonal space-time block code with code rates 2 and 1.5 were proposed, respectively. The simplified conditional maximum-likelihood algorithm is adopted to ...

All coding algorithms including the linear block code provides explicit ways of ensuring that message remains legible even in the presence of errors, but without security. So a modified method to the linear block code that provides both error free and

Array Convolutional Low-Density Parity-Check Codes
This paper presents a design technique for obtaining regular time-invariant low-density parity-check convolutional (RTI-LDPCC) codes with low complexity and good performance. We start from previous approaches which unwrap a low-density parity-check (LDPC)

The LEXOVE prospective study evaluated plasma cell‐free extracellular vesicle (cfEV) dynamics using Bradford assay and dynamic light scattering in metastatic non‐small cell lung cancer patients undergoing first‐line treatments, correlating a ∆cfEV < 20% with improved median progression‐free survival in responders versus non‐responders.

$ε$-MSR Codes: Contacting Fewer Code Blocks for Exact Repair [PDF]
$\epsilon$-Minimum Storage Regenerating ($\epsilon$-MSR) codes form a special class of Maximum Distance Separable (MDS) codes, providing mechanisms for exact regeneration of a single code block in their codewords by downloading slighly sub-optimal amount of information from the remaining code blocks.
