Code diversity in multiple antenna wireless communication

open access: yes, 2008
The standard approach to the design of individual space-time codes is based on optimizing diversity and coding gains. This geometric approach leads to remarkable examples, such as perfect space-time block codes, for which the complexity of Maximum ...

Transcriptional network analysis of PTEN‐protein‐deficient prostate tumors reveals robust stromal reprogramming and signs of senescent paracrine communication

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

New High Performance Deterministic Interleavers for Turbo Codes

open access: yesAdvances in Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2010
Turbo codes offer extraordinary performance, especially at low signal to noise ratios, due to a low multiplicity of low weight code words. The interleaver design is critical in order to realize an apparent randomness of the code, thus further enhancing

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Code design with high rates based on quasi-orthogonal space-time block code

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2011
In order to meet the needs of high-speed and large-capacity in communication system, the novel non-orthogonal space-time block code with code rates 2 and 1.5 were proposed, respectively. The simplified conditional maximum-likelihood algorithm is adopted to ...

Infrared laser sampling of low volumes combined with shotgun lipidomics reveals lipid markers in palatine tonsil carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Differential Space-Time Block Code Modulation for DS-CDMA Systems

open access: yesEURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, 2002
A differential space-time block code (DSTBC) modulation scheme is used to improve the performance of DS-CDMA systems in fast time-dispersive fading channels. The resulting scheme is referred to as the differential space-time block code modulation for DS-

Evaluasi Kompleksitas Pendekodean MAP pada Kode BCH Berdasarkan Trellis Terbagi

open access: yesJurnal Nasional Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi, 2017
Soft decoding of block codes can be done by representing the block code into the trellis. One method of soft decoding commonly used is the maximum a posteriori probability (MAP).

Classification of poset-block spaces admitting MacWilliams-type identity

open access: yes, 2012
In this work we prove that a poset-block space admits a MacWilliams-type identity if and only if the poset is hierarchical and at any level of the poset, all the blocks have the same dimension. When the poset-block admits the MacWilliams-type identity we

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.
