Quantum Coding via Quasi-Cyclic Block Matrix [PDF]
An effective construction method for long-length quantum code has important applications in the field based on large-scale data. With the rapid development of quantum computing, how to construct this class of quantum coding has become one of the key ...

LSB-based pre-embedding video steganography with rotating & shifting poly-pattern block matrix. [PDF]
Background In terms of data-hiding areas, video steganography is more advantageous compared to other steganography techniques since it uses video as its cover medium. For any video steganography, the good trade-off among robustness, imperceptibility, and

Block Matrix Formulations for Evolving Networks [PDF]
Many types of pairwise interactions take the form of a fixed set of nodes with edges that appear and disappear over time. In the case of discrete-time evolution, the resulting evolving network may be represented by a time-ordered sequence of adjacency ...

Matrix compression along isogenic blocks
AbstractA matrix-compression algorithm is derived from a novel isogenic block decomposition for square matrices. The resulting compression and inflation operations possess strong functorial and spectral-permanence properties. The basic observation that Hadamard entrywise functional calculus preserves isogenic blocks has already proved to be of ...

A particular block Vandermonde matrix [PDF]
The Vandermonde matrix is ubiquitous in mathematics and engineering. Both the Vandermonde matrix and its inverse are often encountered in control theory, in the derivation of numerical formulas, and in systems theory.

Optimal Sampling Algorithms for Block Matrix Multiplication [PDF]
In this paper, we investigate the randomized algorithms for block matrix multiplication from random sampling perspective. Based on the A-optimal design criterion, the optimal sampling probabilities and sampling block sizes are obtained. To improve the practicability of the block sizes, two modified ones with less computation cost are provided.

Random block matrix density and SS-Law
The author studies the symmetric random block matrices \(\Xi_{pq\times pq}=\{\delta_{ij}A_{q\times q}+ {1\over\sqrt{p}} \Xi_{q\times q}^{(ij)}\}_{i,j=1}^{p}\), where \(\delta_{ij}\) is a Kronecker symbol, \(A_{q\times q}\) are nonrandom matrices, \(\|A_{q\times q}\|\leq ...

It is common knowledge that matrix equalities involving ordinary algebraic operations of inverses or generalized inverses of given matrices can be constructed arbitrarily from theoretical and applied points of view because of the noncommutativity of the ...
