A general theory of minimum aberration and its applications

open access: yes, 2005
Minimum aberration is an increasingly popular criterion for comparing and assessing fractional factorial designs, and few would question its importance and usefulness nowadays.

Adenosine‐to‐inosine editing of miR‐200b‐3p is associated with the progression of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A‐to‐I editing of miRNAs, particularly miR‐200b‐3p, contributes to HGSOC progression by enhancing cancer cell proliferation, migration and 3D growth. The edited form is linked to poorer patient survival and the identification of novel molecular targets.

Scaling Study of Pure Gauge Lattice QCD by Monte Carlo Renormalization Group Method

open access: yes, 1993
The scaling behavior of pure gauge SU(3) in the region $\beta=5.85 - 7.60$ is examined by a Monte Carlo Renormalization Group analysis. The coupling shifts induced by factor 2 blocking are measured both on 32$^4$ and 16$^4$ lattices with high statistics.

Spectral statistics of sample block correlation matrices

open access: yesThe Annals of Statistics
A fundamental concept in multivariate statistics, sample correlation matrix, is often used to infer the correlation/dependence structure among random variables, when the population mean and covariance are unknown. A natural block extension of it, {\it sample block correlation matrix}, is proposed to take on the same role, when random variables are ...

The influence of ROS1 fusion partners and resistance mechanisms in ROS1‐TKI‐treated non‐small cell lung cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This real‐world study of ROS1+ NSCLC highlights fusion diversity, treatment outcomes with crizotinib and lorlatinib, and in vitro experiments with resistance mechanisms. G2032R drives strong resistance to ROS1‐targeted TKIs, especially lorlatinib. Fusion partner location does not affect overall survival to crizotinib or lorlatinib. Findings support the

YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.
