Controlling Assembly of Hybrid DNA Nanostructures into Higher‐Order Structures via Hydrophobicity
Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.We harness hydrophobic interactions, fundamental in biology yet underutilized in DNA nanotechnology, to build a design framework for hierarchical DNA assemblies. By conjugating small hydrophobic molecules to DNA motifs, we controlled the formation of higher‐order structures, moving beyond traditional Watson–Crick pairing.

Establishment and evaluation of a novel rat model of the fourth ventricle hemorrhage
Animal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.In this study, a novel rat model of fourth ventricle hemorrhage was established via autologous blood injection through the foramen of Magendie. Anesthetized rats were positioned in a stereotaxic apparatus with their heads tilted downward at an angle of approximately 20° relative to the vertical axis.
