The Cauchy problem for the Landau–Lifshitz–Gilbert equation in BMO and self-similar solutions [PDF]

open access: yesNonlinearity, 2017
We prove a global well-posedness result for the Landau–Lifshitz equation with Gilbert damping provided that the BMO semi-norm of the initial data is small. As a consequence, we deduce the existence of self-similar solutions in any dimension.

Dyadic BMO on the bidisk

open access: yesRevista Matemática Iberoamericana, 2005
We give several new characterizations of the dual of the dyadic Hardy space H^{1,d}(\mathbb{T}^2) , the so-called dyadic BMO space in two variables and denoted \mathrm{BMO}^{\mathit d}_{\mathrm{prod}} .

Structure-function relationship comparison between retinal nerve fibre layer and Bruch’s membrane opening-minimum rim width in glaucoma [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Ophthalmology, 2017
AIM: To evaluate and compare structural optical coherence tomography (OCT)-based parameters, such as Bruch’s membrane opening-minimum rim width (BMO-MRW), and retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness in glaucoma patients with visual field (VF) defects,

POD Nanozyme optimized by charge separation engineering for light/pH activated bacteria catalytic/photodynamic therapy

open access: yesSignal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, 2022
The current feasibility of nanocatalysts in clinical anti-infection therapy, especially for drug-resistant bacteria infection is extremely restrained because of the insufficient reactive oxygen generation.

BMO and Teichmüller space [PDF]

open access: yesAnnales Academiae Scientiarum Fennicae Series A I Mathematica, 1989
The author has as his main theme the dependence of solutions to the Beltrami equation (*) \(F_{\bar z}=\mu F_ z\) and connections to Teichmüller theory and harmonic analysis.

The BMO-Dirichlet problem for elliptic systems in the upper half-space and quantitative characterizations of VMO [PDF]

open access: yesAnalysis & PDE, 2016
We prove that for any homogeneous, second order, constant complex coefficient elliptic system $L$, the Dirichlet problem in $\mathbb{R}^{n}_{+}$ with boundary data in BMO is well-posed in the class of functions $u$ with $d\mu_u(x',t):=|\nabla u(x',t)|^2\,

MicroRNAs show diverse and dynamic expression patterns in multiple tissues of Bombyx mori

open access: yesBMC Genomics, 2010
Background MicroRNAs (miRNAs) repress target genes at the post-transcriptional level, and function in the development and cell-lineage pathways of host species.

A Commutator Theorem and Weighted BMO [PDF]

open access: yesTransactions of the American Mathematical Society, 1985
The main result of this paper is a commutator theorem: If μ \mu and λ \lambda are A p {A_p} weights, then the commutator H H , M b {M_b} is a bounded operator from
