UMD-valued square functions associated with Bessel operators in Hardy and BMO spaces
We consider Banach valued Hardy and BMO spaces in the Bessel setting. Square functions associated with Poisson semigroups for Bessel operators are defined by using fractional derivatives.

Function spaces between BMO and critical Sobolev spaces
The function spaces D-k(R-n) are introduced and studied. The definition of these spaces is based on a regularity property for the critical Sobolev spaces W-s,W-p(R-n), where sp = n, obtained by J.Bourgain, H.Brezis, New estimates for the Laplacian, the div-curl, and related Hodge systems, C. R. Math. Acad. Sci. Paris 338 (7) (2004) 539-543 (see also J.

Let d ∈ {3,4,5, . . .} and a weight w ∈ A∞. We consider the second-order Riesz transform T =∇2 L−1 associated with the Schrödinger operator L = −∆+V , where V ∈ RHσ with σ > 2 . We present three main results.

BMO spaces related to Laguerre semigroups
For the system of Laguerre functions we define a suitable BMO space from the atomic version of the Hardy space considered by Dziubański in , where is the maximal operator of the heat semigroup associated to that Laguerre system. We prove boundedness of over a weighted version of that BMO, and we extend such result to other systems of Laguerre ...

Enhancing Photocurrent of Bismuth Manganate Photoanodes with Nanoislands of Bismuth Oxide
Bismuth manganate (BMO) thin films with bismuth oxide nanoislands, prepared via sol–gel, on fluorine‐doped tin oxide substrates, show a tenfold increase in photocurrent as compared to pristine BMO thin films. Overlayers with suitable band alignment can therefore be crucial for improving the performance of photoabsorbers like BMO.

A Weighted Variant of Riemann-Liouville Fractional Integrals on ℝn
We introduce certain type of weighted variant of Riemann-Liouville fractional integral on ℝn and obtain its sharp bounds on the central Morrey and λ-central BMO spaces.

Bank Opacity and Safe Asset Moneyness
Abstract A bank is more effective as a supplier of money‐like safe assets when (i) its return on equity (ROE) is relatively lower and (ii) it is relatively more opaque about its balance sheet. A model is presented to support this, emphasizing that safe asset investors focus on the left tail of the collateral value distribution.

Biharmonic conjectures on hypersurfaces in a space form
We apply the Murnaghan-Nakayama rule in the representation theory of symmetric groups to develop new techniques for studying biharmonic hypersurfaces in a space form.
