Dielectric properties of Ba2+Doped bnt and bnt-pt ferroelectrics

The dielectric properties and the microstructures in Ba doped Bi[subscript 0.5]Na[subscript 0.5]TiO₃ (BNT) and 0.90Bi[subscript 0.5]Na[subscript 0.5]TiO₃ – 0.10PbTiO₃ (0.90BNT-0.10PT) solid solutions were investigated as functions of %Ba and sintering temperature. In addition, a second phase of these systems was observed. Ba decreased grain size of BNT

Effect of Nb addition on the microstructure of BNT ceramics

Journal of the Korean Physical Society, 2014
This research studied the fabrication of bismuth-sodium-titanate (BNT) powders and the effect of Nb2O5 addition on the structure and the properties of BNT ceramics. The powders were synthesized via high-energy ball milling by using a mixed-oxide process.

Synthesis and characterization of BNT thin films

2014
Polycrystalline piezoelectric lead-free Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (abbreviated as BNT) thin films were deposited on glass substrates by an optimized Sol-Gel process using the Electrospray technique. X-ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that after heating the films at 650˚C for 1 hour, dense and well crystallized BNT films in the rhombohedral perovskite phase ...

Structural insight into the multifunctionality of non-stoichiometric BNT ferroelectrics

Journal of Materials Chemistry A
The fine structural understanding and design route for the multifunctionality of non-stoichiometric BNT ferroelectrics are elaborated, including their ferroelectric, strain, and ionic conductivity performances.

Boston Naming Test with Latencies (BNT-L)

Although most people have experienced word-finding difficulty at one time or another, there are no clinical instruments able to reliably distinguish normal age-related effects from pathology in word-finding impairment. Two experiments were conducted to establish a modified version of the Boston Naming Test (BNT) that includes latency times, the Boston ...
