Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Color Instrument Analysis of Octopus Drying Using Solar Hybrid Dryer [PDF]
Octopus drying in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province, is done by direct sun drying. It causes low color quality due to UV light. Solar hybrid drying with UV protection is needed to control the color quality of the octopus.

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

Analysis and explanation of Sadr al-Mutalahin's view about the truth of visible light [PDF]
Discussing and examining categories and their types is always considered as one of the most important topics among philosophical issues. Bag category is one of these ten categories. This category includes different types, of which the tangible bag is one

Stability of pentaquarks with a two- plus three-body chromoelectric interaction
We study the stability of pentaquarks within a schematic model based on SU(3) color symmetry, by taking into account algebraic arguments leading to a chromoelectric interaction containing two- and three-body parts. It has already been proven that such an

Color and the Mind-Body Problem
Other philosophical traditions can offer a new perspective on our own ingrained and prejudicial habits of thinking. The insular, decontextualized, acultural analytic philosophy of today, with its emphasis on language, truth, and logic, needs to adopt a more pluralistic approach. In particular, philosophical traditions in other possible worlds have been

ABSTRACT Objective Super‐Refractory Status Epilepticus (SRSE) is a rare, life‐threatening neurological emergency with unclear etiology in many cases. Mitochondrial dysfunction, often due to disease‐causing genetic variants, is increasingly recognized as a cause, with each gene producing distinct pathophysiological mechanisms.

Shared Genetic Effects and Antagonistic Pleiotropy Between Multiple Sclerosis and Common Cancers
ABSTRACT Objective Epidemiologic studies have reported inconsistent altered cancer risk in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Factors such as immune dysregulation, comorbidities, and disease‐modifying therapies may contribute to this variability.

Neutron stars and the transition to color-superconducting quark matter
We explore the relevance of color superconductivity inside a possible quark matter core for the bulk properties of neutron stars. For the quark phase we use an Nambu--Jona-Lasinio (NJL) type model, extended to include diquark condensates.
