Tumor‐Specific Delivery of CD28 siRNA via Lyso‐PC C‐16 Modified Lipid Nanoparticles Overcomes Anti‐PD‐1 Resistance by Remodeling Tumor Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study develops 16:0 LPC‐modified lipid nanoparticles (LPC‐LNPs) with cancer cell specificity by exploiting altered tumor lipid metabolism. LPC‐LNPs encapsulating Cd28 small interfering RNA (LPC‐LNP‐Cd28) knock down cancer cell CD28 without affecting T cells, inflame the tumor microenvironment, and overcome anti‐PD‐1 resistance.

Diet and Body Fat

Science, 1926
Rats first fed soybean oil and peanut oil diets, then subjected to the process of fat depletion through selective starvation, involving 23 to 27 per cent. loss in body weight, before being fed a "hardening" diet, yielded "harder" fats-fats of lower iodine number values-than the fats of rats which were not starved before being fed the carbohydrate-rich ...

The laryngeal fat body

Morphologie, 2010
To describe the anatomy and topography of the laryngeal fat body and of the space it lies within. The study is carried out on series of histological sections of head and neck blocks from six foetuses and three newborns. Three adult necks were dissected, a fourth one analysed through sagittal median section.
