The FDTD modeling of body of revolution
2010 The 2nd Conference on Environmental Science and Information Application Technology, 2010One of major concerns in numerical analyses of electromagnetic scattering properties of body of revolution in the finite difference time(FDTD) method is the FDTD modeling. The main design concept is the surface function a body of revolution can determine the position relationship between any point in space and the body of revolution, and then in ...

Electromagnetic scattering by two bodies of revolution
1980 Antennas and Propagation Society International Symposium, 1980ABSTRACT A systematic procedure is presented for computing the electromagnetic scattering by two arbitrarily oriented bodies of revolution when the size of the objects are in the resonance region. The analysis uses a System Transfer Operator (T-matrix) approach and iteratively solves for the scattering of the two-body configuration.
