Superimposed characteristics and genetic mechanism of strike-slip faults in the Bohai Sea, China
Based on the 3D seismic structure interpretation of Bohai Sea, combined with physical modeling of structure, structural style analysis and apatite fission track simulation, the structural characteristics and genetic mechanism of the Cenozoic strike-slip ...

The Role of Media in Regulatory Oversight: Evidence From Comment Letters
ABSTRACT This study examines how media coverage impacts regulatory oversight of publicly listed firms. We find that Chinese firms with greater media attention, particularly those with negative media coverage, are more likely to receive increased regulatory oversight, as indicated by comment letters issued by stock exchanges.

Shape changes of Bohai Sea since the early 1940s [PDF]
China has experienced several booms in sea reclamation since the mid-20th century. The reclamation in Bohai Rim expanded dramatically in a scale much larger than in other coastal zones in China, especially since 2 000.

Abstract We investigate the structure and tectonic environment in the crust and upper mantle beneath the North China Craton (NCC) by conducting a full‐waveform inversion of teleseismic P and its coda waves from densely distributed broadband seismic stations. A high‐resolution model involving P‐ and S‐wave velocities as well as density is constructed by

Abstract To improve numerical prediction of mountain‐to‐plain (MTP) convection over the Beijing region, this study uses the MPAS–JEDI four‐dimensional ensemble‐variational (4DEnVar) data assimilation system on a global 3–60 km variable‐resolution mesh to evaluate assimilation strategies for radiances from the Advanced Microwave Sounding Unit‐A (AMSU‐A)

Using remote sensing method analysis characteristic of Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea mixed zone [PDF]
In this paper, we use ASCAT and MODIS data to analyze wind field, the temperature and the chlorophyll concentration distribution in Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea mixed zone and compare characteristics with the first 10 years (Except the wind field, it is only
