Thermally Processable, Transparent, Mechanically Tunable and Robust Bioplastics From Wastepaper

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Unlike conventional inefficient or low‐value wastepaper recycling, a directional transformation strategy is employed to convert whole wastepaper into intact bioplastics with tunable mechanical properties in our work. These bioplastics can be processed into flexible bags or rigid containers and exhibit high transparency, water resistance, repairability,

Research Progress on Low-Temperature Adsorption of Methane by MOFs Based on LNG-ANG Coupling

open access: yesShiyou huagong gaodeng xuexiao xuebao
A large amount of boil-off gas (BOG) is generated during the storage and transportation of liquefied natural gas, which results in not only resource wastage but also potential safety hazards. Therefore, the liquefied natural gas-adsorbed natural gas (LNG ...

Boil off gas (BOG) management in Spanish liquid natural gas (LNG) terminals

open access: yes
Spain is a country with six LNG terminals in operation and three more scheduled for 2011. At the same time an increasing number of LNG tanks are under construction to compensate the Spanish lack of underground storage.

Pericentrosomal Redistribution of the Endoplasmic Reticulum Ensures Organelle Symmetric Inheritance and Mitotic Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Upon mitotic entry, RTN4 relocalizes to the pericentrosomal region, forming a more tubular ER network around centrosomes. CDK1‐mediated phosphorylation of RTN4 increases its interaction with Rab11 GTPase, facilitating dynein‐dependent transport of RTN4 to the pericentrosomal region.

Pemanfaatan Boil-Off Gas Sebagai Bahan Bakar Kapal Pengangkut Gas

open access: yes, 2016
LNG carrier is the most reliable primary means of transportation of LNG in the world. In operation, each LNG carrier would result in boil-off gas from the cargo hold due to the expansion.BOG The average amount that can be produced is 0.15% of the tank ...

Hyperpolarization of [1‐13C]Ketoisocaproate‐d2 by Reversible Exchange with Parahydrogen Enables Profiling of Branched‐Chain‐Amino‐Acid Metabolism in Cellulo and in Vivo

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We report the fast generation of biocompatible solutions of highly 13C‐hyperpolarized (≈11%) partially‐deuterated ketoisocaproate within <6 min using spin‐lock‐induced crossing and reversible exchange with parahydrogen (SLIC‐SABRE). This enables rapid detection of branched‐chain‐amino‐acid transferase 1 (BCAT1) protein expression and investigation of ...

Revealing the Ion Regulation Effect of Zwitterionic All‐Solid‐State Electrolytes in Lithium Metal Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study investigates zwitterionic all‐solid‐state electrolytes, demonstrating strong carboxyl‐Li+ interaction that forms “ion‐enrichment pathway”‐like domains and manipulates Li+ deposition. Additionally, surface‐enriched zwitterions generate a dual‐layer SEI with an inner Li2O‐rich and outer LiF‐rich structure. Through ionic flux regulation and SEI
